Arbre de Cerise is a beautiful 400 year old farmhouse that has been lovingly
restored and converted into three separate cottages (one occupied by the owners). There are two
cottages available to rent. Tournesol and Coquilecot are self contained, fully equipped and can
sleep up to ten and six respectively.
It has far reaching views over stunning sunflower and poppy fields and offers a rustic charm along
with all the modern facilities you need to make your holiday in South West France relaxing and enjoyable.
Fascinating local villages with churches, fine bars and restaurants & several historic market towns
providing an extensive range of facilities and amenities all within a short drive. It is situated in
the hamlet of Grange, on the outskirts of Linazay. There are excellent road links as the property is
just minutes from the N10 highway which is the main motorway link between Paris and Spain.
It is ideally placed to experience the many villages, towns and cities of the fascinating Poitou Charente
region. On the Vienne/Charente borders, we are also well placed for exploring further a field with Cognac,
La Rochelle and Royan all within 90 minutes.
